Every business needs a roadmap or strategic plan to define its company values, create a singular vision and chart its own direction for growth.

During this practical workshop, Denise Rawls will guide you through the personal and business challenges you may face in growing your business and develop strategies, supported by a tailored roadmap, to aid you moving your business forward.

On this one-day workshop you will have the opportunity to:

  • Craft a mission and vision statement, define your company objectives, and perform an analysis of your company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
  • Create a one-page strategic action plan to underpin your businesses growth.
  • Consider your own likes and dislikes in your business and find solutions to these challenges.
  • Meet likeminded peers and grow your network.

This workshop is suitable for entrepreneurs who have a live business which is trading and that they wish to grow. If you would like to attend a workshop on launching your business please let us know and we can add your details to the waiting list.

Denise Rawls
Denise Rawls is the founder of a boutique business development consultancy where she works with small business owners as a partner for profitability, influence and growth. Denise spent three decades in the Civil Service, and after starting a part time business in 2010 she was keen to develop her business acumen and joined UK Trade & Investment as Head of Local Investment. Denise also worked on the Global Entrepreneurs Programme and inspired by the entrepreneurs she worked alongside, Denise left Whitehall in the summer of 2016 with the aim of sharing her knowledge and helping individuals, rather than corporates, grow their organisations with the resources and tools they already have.
